Groups Tours, Presentations, and Step-on Guide

Groups Tours: Special guided walks can be arranged for groups of 8 or more, scheduled at a mutually convenient time. Both A Walk Through Old Bayfield and Ghosts and Legends of Old Bayfield walks are regularly available. Two Queens and a Knight and Dying to Get In can usually be arranged. Please make your request as far in advance as practical. Group rates for 8-19 participants are $11 for adults, $7 for ages 7 to 12, and ages 6 and under are free. For groups of 20 and over the rate is $10 for adults and $6 for ages 7 to 12.

Presentations including the entertaining Letters from Bayfield are available for banquets, parties, clubs, historic and school events. One or more costumed actresses will portray historic people who lived in Bayfield. The programs are between 15 and 35 minutes in length and can be followed by a question and answer period. The presentations are lively, humorous and historically accurate. Call for rates.

Step-on Guide services are available for Bayfield and vicinity. The group must supply the bus. Call for rates (715) 779-0299 or e-mail. A wide variety of sites and sight-seeing opportunities are available including:

• Historic tours on foot, by bus or by boat
• Orchards and country markets
• Scenic vistas and photo opportunities
• Historic and maritime museums
• Picnics, berry picking and beach combing
• Artists, galleries, and murals
• Theater, concerts and special event
